Sudan: N. Kordofan State Finalizes Preparations for Receiving Al-Bashir Wednesday

Khartoum — The Council of Ministers of North Kordofan State Government stood in a meeting which was chaired by the Governor of the State, Ahmed Haroun, on preparations for the three-day visit of President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir to the State, Wednesday.

The President visit program includes visiting localities of Jabratal- Sheikh, Bara, Shikan and Um Ruwaba, launching service and sport facilities , addressing mass rallies and paying visit to a number of Khalawa (religious schools).

Haroun said the President visit comes while the North Kordofan is entering significant stage of reconstruction and development.

He announced the second phase of Nafeer(mobilization) set to achieve sustainable development , would be launched during the visit of the President of the Republic to the State.

Commissioners of the Localities , for their part, affirmed completing of preparations to receive the President.
