THE education ministry last week engaged pastors from various denominations and regions to discuss the topic of sex education and the increasing teenage pregnancy rate in schools.
The two-day workshop, which started on Tuesday, was conducted by the head of the HIV-AIDS management unit Julius Nghifikwa of the ministry of education and highlighted the need for churches as stakeholders not to shy away from talking about sex with young people in their congregations.
