Maputo — The Mozambican Interior Ministry is training staff at the country's embassies and consulates so that they will be able to issue passports and identity cards to Mozambican citizens living abroad.
According to a report in Monday's issue of the Maputo daily “Noticias”, the National Director of Civil Identification, Domingos Jofane, made this announcement in Swaziland, where he had gone to deliver identification documents to Mozambicans living in that country.
