Gambia: The Last Day of Campaign

Today is the last day of the campaign to win the hearts and minds of the electorate for the council elections scheduled for Thursday this week. All candidates have intensified their efforts and are criss-crossing their wards in the battles for the 120 seats in eight councils.

On Thursday the electorate who own the country will decide who they want to serve them. It is therefore the electorate who will take responsibility for their decision.
