Sudan: President of the Republic Heads to Saudi Arabia for 29th Arab Summit

Khartoum — President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir left Saturday to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take part in the 29th Arab League Summit due to take place in Dammam at level of kings, presidents and heads of state and government from 14-14 of current April.

The delegation accompanied the president comprises Foreign Minister, Professor Ibrahim Ghandour, Minister of Defense, Lt. Gen. Awad Bin Auf , Minister of Finance Mohamed Al-Rekabi and State Minister and Director of the President's Offices, Hatem Hassan Bakheet.

The President was seen off at Khartoum Airport by the First Vice-President of the Republic and National Prime Minister, Lt, Gen Bakri Hassan Salih and several ministers and government officials.
