The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation could not account for 2 000 decoders and had no control over television licence books and revenue generated during the 2015/16 budget year, the auditor general has said.
In a report submitted to the National Assembly last month, auditor general Junias Kandjeke said the decoders were reported missing to the board during the financial year under review.
