Namibia: Law Firm Strikes Back Against Fraud Claim

THE law firm against which the insurance company Trustco Insurance has registered a fraud case with the Namibian Police has struck back against the company, accusing it of trying to avoid paying its debts and making a malicious attempt to discredit the firm.

In a statement issued in response to Trustco Insurance's announcement last week that it had laid a fraud charge against the law firm Krüger Van Vuuren & Co, the firm is denying any wrongdoing, and says it will be taking legal against Trustco to claim damages from the company.
