Southern Africa: SADC Parliamentary Forum SG Suspended

Luanda — The secretary general of the SADC Parliamentary Forum, Esau Chivia, has been suspended from office for reasons of indiscipline and non-compliance with the decisions of his principals.

This was told to the press on Saturday at Luanda's "4 de Fevereiro" International Airport by the head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, Josefina, Pitra Diakité, when returning from the parliamentary session.
