Angola: Government Officials Urged to Consult Media Outlets More

Huambo — The media is in the current reality of Angola a necessary tool that government officials need to consult more to improve their performance, said on Tuesday the Mass Media minister, João Melo.

The official, who was in the central Huambo Province attending the launch of a new local newspaper, made the aforementioned statement while addressing a lecture on "Institutional communication and current journalistic speech", adding that an objective, serious, honest and facts-based journalistic criticism helps government officials to perform their tasks better.
