Senate President Bukola Saraki, yesterday faulted the the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for declaring the Osun State governorship election inconclusive, warning that democracy and national interest are at stake.
Saraki, who chaired the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) campaign council for the Osun State election, expressed dismay over the decision by INEC to declare as "inconclusive" an election in which a candidate won the highest number of votes and fulfilled the condition for geographical spread.
