Phillemon Letwaba, chief operating officer of the National Lotteries Commission, has breached the code of conduct of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, says OUTA.
OUTA's Stephanie Fick says Letwaba's conduct in the granting of funding also breaches the Public Finance Management Act.
