Rabat — An earthquake with a 4.4-magnitude on the Richter scale was recorded Friday off the coast of Essaouira, said the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
The earthquake, whose epicentre is located off the coast of Essaouira, occurred at 2h 59min 24sec (GMT), said the ING National Seismic Monitoring and Alarm Network in a seismic alarm bulletin.
