Residents of Touba Manduwar in the Kombo Central District, West Coast Region (WCR) have expressed depression over what they called a long-standing lack of electricity despite the installation of electrical poles in some parts of the village for over a year.
The over 40-year-old settlement with approximately D4000 households and over 300,000 homes never had electricity despite its proximity to Brikama, WCR's headquarters.
