The Anambra state government has given the contractor handling the Foot road and Bank road and surrounding roads in Nnewi one month to improve the pace and quality of work or face serious sanctions. Governor Peter Obi who handed down the order while inspecting these roads said that government would terminate the contract if the contractor failed to make appreciable impact within the period.
