As British child health expert N.R.C. Roberton points out it is
fundamentally illogical that mutilating someone might be beneficial.
In a definitive 2009 survey, USAID found that in 10 of 18 countries with
data available, circumcised men were actually MORE likely to have HIV than
intact men. They found that CONDOM USE, not circumcision status, was
