A Norton-based haulage truck driver will perform 385 hours of community service after being convicted of assisting six passengers smuggle bales of clothes into Zimbabwe from Zambia. The passengers smuggled a combined 315 kg of clothing. Caution Maturure (36) of Kent Estates in Norton was convicted on his own plea when he appeared before Karoi magistrate Mr Obidience Matare last Wednesday.
