JOINT Task Force, JTF, on Niger-Delta, codenamed Operation Pulo Shield, has denied allegation by a militant group, Niger-Delta Liberation Force, NDLF, that it (JTF), killed its former leader, "General" John Togo extra-judicially in 2010.
