National Constituent Assembly (NCA) members adopted, during a plenary session held on Tuesday in Tunis, a draft law providing for the approval of a loan agreement signed last February 29 between Tunisia and the African Development Bank (AfDB) for the benefit of the National Sanitation Board (ONAS) and meant to fund the improvement of water-treatment quality.
