the fact that uganda has resulted to blackmail just stand to proove that they are guilty. but on the other side i really admire museveni as a dictator for the mere fact that he has over the years managed to understand and anticipate the big issues in the world wich has unabled him to stay usefull in the eyes of the international community and has basically given him amunition against them all the time over the years. although museveni is a dictator and a war criminal (for supporting a rebellion that has committed crimes against humanity), even i have to admit that this guy is very clever.

blacklisting that's the game played by Uganda. Starting the fire and trying to play the fire brigade country in the region. When innocent people are killed in Congo and Central African country by the LRA do you think it's because their governments want it??? I think that Museveni has played his part in bringing some development in his country but he and Kagame are gradually turning themselves into troublemakers in the region.
