• Congo-Kinshasa: UN Troops Continue Support to DR Congo Army As Rebels Advance On Goma

    United Nations peacekeepers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) today continued to assist the national army to halt the advance of the M23, while Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called on the rebel group to immediately cease its attacks.

    Musos you dont know congolese politics. this people you supporting arent there for their protection. they are there to still minerals. why are they saying they wana go to kinshasa, are the rwandese speaking in kinshasa for them to protect? ofcourse not.

    Tired of such kind of injustice, UN is fighting M23 and is the one to ask M23 to cease fire! Above that, UN and international communities request M23 to stop fighting! but what are you requesting to the Government of Congo? Those m23's are the rejected people of the DRC and whole world, what if they don't fight? they will be killed by the FARDC,FDLR and will have no where to go! I don't support wars but if you want to restore peace, its simple, ask the DRC to have peace agreement with them and handle the issue peacefully, otherwise don't expect sustainable peace in the Eastern region of Congo God bless Africa
