The Chairman of the Electoral Commission (EC), Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, has disclosed that election results will be cancelled if the number of ballot papers in the ballot box is more than voters verified to vote.
The caption of the article confused me for a while. It should read Ghana
rather than Sierra Leone. Pl take care not to commit such mistakes do not
occur in future.
This article is about Ghana, the situation in SL is very tense so you
should really change this as soon as you can before it gets picked up and
misinterpreted!!
