Bong County Representative George S. Mulbah says he would introduce a legislation that will allow Liberia to borrow up to US$5 billion for road projects across the country.
Mr. Mulbah should be serious about this legislation, Because if Liberia is
connected with asphalted roads, there will be free movement of commodities
and people.
Tourism will be on the increase, thereby creating revenue to government
coffer. Ex.one could travel from Monrovia to Harper, Sapo national Park in
few hours time than what it takes now to travel to these places, because of
bad roads condition.
This money will again go into the pockets of our corrupt government
officials and incompetent leaders. What is the Public Works minister, Kofi
woods, doing with our hard earned taxes? Go see the mansion he is building
in Monrovia. Go see the Minister of defense fottress. Bunch of thieves.
How many more indiots do we have in the legislature like this one. When you
add up all of Liberia's budget over the last 15 years does it even come
close to this amount. Do we have the resources to pay back this kind of
money? Better still are we even making use of the little revenue we
collect? He really does not know what it means to be a legislator.
Mr.Mulbah, if the country cannot manage six hundred forty nine million how
can she manage five billion. I believe as a concern Liberian that you are
talking from your stomach not your brain. The 2012/2013 national budget was
squander on lamakers, cabinet ministers and managing directors of public
corporations/agencies. This is while the poor remains dirt poor your big
dummies.
It is quite incredible that George Mulbah and his likes can show their
corrupt faces in public in Liberia. George is a "representative" from
Jorquelleh District, a district that includes Gbarnga. He and his cliques
have not been able to complete a Community college that is paid for with
funds that are provided by companies operating in the county and allocation
for the county in the National Budget. Please stop patronizing these guys.
They are not good for news materials. They mean no good for Liberia and
Liberians. They fight for pay increment for themselves and refuse to do the
same for civil servants. Shame on our socalled legislators. They are bunch
of corrupt individuals parked together to mislead Liberians. $5B for what?
You and your girlfriends? You are not faithful in managing the little the
country has, how can you be trusted with big thing?
Whatkind of brainless representative is mr. mulbah?Iam
sure you haveyour accounts in foreign lands and just thinking of how to
steal more from the liberian people. If you ever try and suceed, you will
be put on the firing pole one day. Do you know what a billion dollars is?
It is crazy to think that one like you can represent a family much more a
county. PLEASE!
I support the idea of Hon. George S. Mulbah to borrow 5 billion to build
roads. This is the time for Liberian Leaders to be Innovative in order to
seeing the reality of the vision 2030. It should not be a policy document
that will be kept and the Liberians will not have any explanation to make
to anyone out there tomorrow. Lets us strategize to make Liberia a middle
income county 2030. Lets us borrow money in good faith for our county Mama
Liberia.
