    This is just a side show news. Monrovia with all the resources and man power, the govt has failed to complete projects due to public sector corruption. Boakai wants to fool the people of Lofa because 2017 is approaching so fast that Ellen and people are trying to fool the Lorma people again. Again, Liberians have short memory span and they will vote for anyone who will give them money and rice.
