A claim from the Swaziland Government that Swazi women have the protection of the constitution if they want to wear mini-skirts is misleading.

To the author of this article and all who side with his misguided immoral ways of thinking but then try to make a "woman's rights" issue out of it. KEEP YOUR WESTERN WAYS TO YOURSELVES!! All Afrikans know that if a woman dresses seductively with for example a mini-skirt, then some men will make passes at them and everyone else might mistake them for a prostitute. Secondly the battle feminist battle cry for woman to have "equal rights" is REALLY the white woman's battle & NOT the African Queens. After all Afrika has and still does have a far better record than the Western countries at woman being in positions of power. We had many African Queens ruling over vast Kingdoms in the past & have more than a few Heads of State today. For example, how many women of ANY color have been President of the United States? ZERO! Just recently Swaziland elected Afrika's 1st. female Bishop while at the same time the so called enlightened ones in the U.K. are the one's holding ALL woman back.

I applaud the leadership of Swaziland for having the wisdom to have such insightful laws and customs on the books from their ancestors that promote modesty :-D Everyone with half a brain knows that Africa has a major AIDS problem and that AIDS gets spread in a MAJOR WAY through CASUAL SEX!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV/AIDS_in_South_Africa

Richard Koony I don't know if your really a Western crony trying to shove Western ways aka (FAKE A$$ DEMOCRACY) down our throats OR just a lousy reporter but either way get your facts strait before opening up your big mouth :-O
