The budgets of the African nations for military defense are higher than those for social services yet unable to face terrorism. What a shame the whole Africa applauding the intervention of one European country. How long are we going to be dependence in our independence?

This is the beginning the Scrambble of Africa part 2. First it's Libya and now its Mali and theres no telling who's next. The European imperialist never regonized the Independence and sovereignty of African nations. Africa is still under strict colonization and whats taking place in Mali proves it. First it was the Trans Atlantic Slave in which Africans were just thrown around the Americas with no regard, then it was the 1st Scrambble of Africa, and now we are witnessing the Second Scramble of Africa. I guess history always repeats itself.
