President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf has with immediate effect announced US$25.00 increment for civil servants, health care workers, security sector and those in the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL). The 2012/2013 budget was signed into law last year for its effectiveness with no addition made to civil servants because government discovered that the payroll was occupied with ghost names.
