Nigeria: Osogbo PHCN Yet Stop Issuance of Free Metres

The Power Holdings Company of Nigeria (PHCN) in Osogbo, says it has not received any official directive from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) to suspend the distribution of pre-paid metres free of charge.
