Principals to the Global Political Agreement have appointed Mr Jacob Mudenda as chairperson of the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission. President Mugabe, Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai and Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Mutambara met yesterday and agreed on the person to chair the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission whom they would announce once they have informed him.
