Uganda: Deputy IGG Leaves Office

The deputy Inspectorate of Government (IGG), Raphael Baku, has left office after his contract expired on Friday. Baku was first appointed in 2005 and his four-year contract was renewed in 2009. The law does allow him to serve a third term.
