    There has to be monitors too for those in the diaspora to ensure not just free and fair voting but to make sure that once voted, those ballots are not compromised.

    So, for those in the western countries, how is Mugabe going to forbid westerners to monitor? This is a chance of a life time for Zimbabweans driven from their country by Mugabe to come out in full force and cast their vote.

    Voting will not save Zimbabwe. Mugabe already has his top up ballet boxes organised. He learnt this in the last election when he didn’t prepare enough. Why do you think it took so long to count the first time round. The shock hit the riggers when they lost by so many they could not make up the numbers to make it right for Mugabe so they had to make plans for round 2. Zimbabwe is corrupt to the core.
