Uganda: Mini-Reshuffle in the Army

President Yoweri Museveni, who is also the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, has carried out a mini reshuffle in the army. The mini reshuffle announced on Saturday has seen some senior officers transferred and appointed to new positions.
