Congo is a very good friend of Uganda and Rwanda. The war in Congo has
nothing to do with the leader's from both countries. Uganda herself has
many internal problems. I don't know where those refugees are going to
stay. I wouldn't like to see them moving to the capital city of Uganda. I
hope they get help as soon as possible.
