Now that the UN peacekeepers in DRCongo (Their French acronym: MONUC) are empowered to take real action we are expecting some good changes but not the balkanization of the country. Even thought DRCongo is big but it can be easily controlled as it was during president MOBUTU reign. Peace is the main issue and whenever resolved everything will work smoothly. Ethnic conflict do not exist in DRCongo. The Tutsi case is an exception as it was instigated from a neighboring country, if resolved things will be OK.
