Thank you for your enlightening article. As a political scientist I see much more that you have talked about. Critisizing the MP's from the Rift Valley for maintaining actively trained Militias is not good enough. Who doesn't know about the Rift Valley? We need to know what is happening in the cabinet in kenya and who is sponsoring violence and why it has gone unpunished so long? What about the former MP from Kisii Nyachae- he has the Chincororo...which number thousands and its in Nyanza.

Kofi Annan's "Kenyan Government of National Unity" was doomed because up till now, nobody has explained why over 1,500 poor Kenyans died and and over 350,000 left homeless..

Unelected "African Elder" Kofi Annan thought he could sholve a peace deal dictated to him by foreign powers he was representing to force these Kenyan elites to rain in on the poor people they have ignored since independence!
