Obama Speaks on Somalia, World Cup, Mandela

U.S. President Barack Obama has said Washington will "redouble" its efforts against the Somali Islamist group al-Shabaab after the Kampala bombings. He also discussed the World Cup and Nelson Mandela's 92nd birthday in an interview with the South African national broadcaster.
