U.S., South Africa Sign HIV-Aids Deal

US secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said she was excited by statistics showing SA was turning the tide against HIV/Aids, as she and International Relations Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane signed a five-year plan to fight the disease.
