Gabon Officials Embezzled U.S. $36 Million-Report

Senior Gabonese officials in the Bank of Central African States colluded to embezzle about U.S. $36 million from the reserves of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community over a five-year period, a contact at the bank told an American diplomat.
