Mugabe Backtracks to Buy Time Ahead of Summit

President Robert Mugabe has repudiated his negotiators on an election roadmap facilitated under the auspices of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and reverted to a no-compromise position ahead of an extraordinary summit of regional leaders in Windhoek next week, reports Southern Africa Report.
