Militia Deputy Admits Killing South Sudan Rebel Leader

Marko Chuol Ruei, second in command in the rebel group, the South Sudan Liberation Army, has claimed responsibility for the death of his commander, Colonel Gatluak Gai and dismissed accusations against the South Sudan army.
