Liberia's Prisons Need 'Immediate Improvement' - Amnesty Report

A new report by the rights group, Amnesty International, has described conditions in four of Liberia's 15 prison facilities as appalling. But the country's Assistant Minister of Justice for Corrections, Hillary Siakor-Sirleaf, contested many of the document's highlights, saying they were "magnified" and "not substantiated".
