Report Finds Stalled Reform Agenda in Zimbabwe

A report from the International Crisis Group says that violence and repression continually undermine the progress of the Global Political Agreement (GPA) signed by Zimbabwe's main political parties following the controversial 2008 re-election of President Mugabe.
