Rwandan Rebels Kill Civilians in DR Congo
The Rwandan rebel group, FDLR, has killed 39 people in the Shabunda region of South Kivu, human rights groups have told Radio Okapi.

I wonder why we still have this problems in the region all the funds have been diverted and let them criminals kills innocent civilians? What is UN doing there why cant they allow them to use force to push these killers back to their land?
