ICC's Ocampo Rejects Kenya Four's Appeal

International Criminal Court Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo has dismissed requests by Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, former head of civil service Francis Muthaura, Eldoret North MP William Ruto and radio presenter Joshua Sang for leave to appeal the decision confirming their cases.
