The electoral body says they have revised strategic plans to prepare for polls as late as March next year, after the courts ruled that the elections can be held after Parliament concludes its full term in 2013.
Voting: The President says that the next elections will be guided by the ruling of the High Court early this year that the polls will be in March 2013 unless it is agreed to dissolve the coalition government sooner.
