The same story of the mystery replacement currency negotiated with, depending on the version, either the US Federal Reserve or some unmentioned third party, was reported in late 2010 and more recently in February of 2011. And again in late September, followed up in early October by this newest development to the fantasy story: the "deafening silence over the arrival of a vessel" with "unspecified but huge amounts" of currency--the propaganda having apparently spread to Namibia. Denial constitutes irrefutable proof. So, the deafening silence is no doubt the result of the non-arrival of a non-existent ship. Deafening, indeed! Now, a month later, in November, there is still no evidence of such a ship, international and local sources report no such ship, and there appears to be absolutely no independent collaboration confirming this imaginative fiction posing as news. Most importantly, the replacement currency and supposedly pledged coinage is nowhere to be found. Anyone seen any? In two or three months from now, we'll see the same rumor run through the same propaganda cycle, just like it were once again a fresh news item.
