Mozambique: Leaders in Algeria Strike Lose Scholarships
The leaders of the Mozambican students on strike in Algeria have now lost their scholarships and will be obliged to return to Mozambique immediately, according to Education Minister Zeferino Martins.

I guess the students are right. A student can not consetrate on his/her studies if he/she does not have enough support for living conditions.
