This is a wrong reference. Koffi Annan was not the UN Secretary General during the 1994 Genocide in Rwanda.He was the UN Secretary General from 1st January 1997 to 31st December 2006.
Instead Boutros Boutros-Ghali was UN Secretary General from 1st January 1992 to 31st December 1996.
It is inspiring and instructive.
