    You are right, there are so many highly skilled Nigerian professionals, doctors, engineers in the diaspora. Nigerian government is doing nothing to attract them. The compulsary NYSC

    The quality of a nation's intelligentia is not measured by the number of doctdorate holders. It is better to have ten doctorates with employment than 20 unemployed doctorates. An idle mind is the beginning of criminality.
