Gbagbo's Son Challenges Detention By Ivorian Government

Michel Gbagbo, son of former President Laurent Gbagbo, is challenging his continuous detention by the new Ivorian government. His lawyer has filed a suit against the government in France because Michel has dual citizenship and the family says it prefers a country where "justice would not be compromised".
