AU Summit Chairperson Battle Turns Bitter
South Africa's presidency has issued a detailed manifesto for Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma to lead the African Union's secretariat. This follows a scathing attack in which, Jean Ping, dismissed reports that he may withdraw from the race to retain his position, saying he will fight to stay "until the very end."
